Workout Any Day: Roff Time Episode 1 of 2

RT captured the process of an elite runner and that runner is Jeremy Roff.

For many years, Jeremy Roff has been one of the top Australian middle distance runners. His 3:34 PB for 1,500m places him amongst the fastest all-time Aussies over the distance.

Born in Sydney, New South Wales, he began competing at the elite level in 2003. His first major international event was the 2006 IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, and he was 58th in the men’s short race. At the 2006 Commonwealth Games, he represented Australia in the 1500 m and placed eighth in the final.
