For the last 3.5 years I have been training under middle distance coach, Ben Norton (Ontrack running) in Brisbane. During this time, I have mainly been training for 800m whilst also competing in a few 400m and 1500m. Our squad is a very close tightknit group, with most of us specialising in middle distance events. Check out of Instagram for regular post, run from our seniors! (@ontrackrun)
Firstly, massive thanks to Runnerstribe for this opportunity! I currently compete in the 5000m, 10000m & cross country (and occasionally dabble in 1500m and 3000m) for the University of Sydney. I’m also studying a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology). I enjoyed some success over the winter season, particularly on...
My name is Tim Vincent and I am a Brisbane based distance runner. Running has always been a passion of mine and I’ve grown up training solo in Brisbane coached by Gavin Jackson. As a junior I spent my time in the disciplines of cross country and mountain running...

Hey I’m Annie Kitto! I am a Middle Distance runner and Steeplechaser from Adelaide, South Australia. I own a pet rabbit, I have an obsession with smoothies, work a full-time job at lululemon whilst also going into my sixth year at uni. My running career started when I was eight...

Hi, I’m Rhydian. Over the past decade, I’ve had the honour of putting on the Australian vest a number of times, usually in the 20km walk, including at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games and 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. As an athlete who predominantly focuses on the walks as...
Kiah Fry - My Story Age: 33 Blairgowrie, VIC Coach - Peter Schuwalow Squad - Zenith Running My first coach Robbie Morgan-Morris once said, “Just make sure you keep running and you will run for life.” So far he’s been pretty much on the mark, as they say, once a runner,...
Firstly, thanks to Runners Tribe for approaching me, I am stoked to be able to share my training and story. Growing up I played a lot of Tennis and Hockey and somehow it took me until my 20th year to fully realise how good running can be and take...
I started athletics when I was 8 just at a little aths club in Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne. I wasn't a huge fan of running mainly because I was terrible and was shown up by the other kids all the time. In u10s when the 800m was introduced I knew...
