After a stellar 2009 which included a coaching change, an World Half Marathon Bronze Medal, an American Record and PRs in the 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon, Dathan "Ritz" Ritzenhein looks to continue his hot streak with three main goals for the year. He also discusses his training and what changes have taken place over the past year.
This past weekend Ritz won the US Cross Country Championships in Spokane.
