Wrestling is a great sport. All you need to compete is a pair of wrestling shoes, a wrestling singlet, and some headgear. High School wrestling is very popular, with over 250,000 students grades 9 through 12 participate. Wrestling camps are a great way to improve your technique.
A lot of wrestlers that are good at the high school and college level become MMA fighters.
