Workout Video - Bernard Lagat became the first man to ever win the 1500 and 5000 World Championship gold medal at the same event back in 2007 when he completed the task in Osaka, Japan. Bernard Lagat still remains the second fastest man of all time in the 1500 with his PR of 3:26.34 (only the world record of 3:26.00 is better). This year Lagat will step away from the 1500 at the championship level and focus primarily on the 5000, an event he wants to win gold in at the Worlds and Olympics over the next two years. In the first ever filming of a Bernard Lagat workout (that we know of), Flotrack presents to you one of the all-time greats, enjoy!
