Just a quick update on the running front. Now well into winter and lookingforward to the longer, warmer days of summer to return. I am currently completing the ?General Preparation? phase of my training plan, including developing my change of pace and incorporating some basic plyometric exercises...

 
Brenton Rowe was the big improver over the 2008-2009 Australian domestic season. During this time Brenton dropped his 1500m PB from 3:50 to 3:42 and ran a sub-four mile in Christchurch. Brenton also managed to finish 4th in the 1500m at the Australian titles in March. With a more structured and consistent training regime it is hoped that this is just the start of bigger things to come for this rising star. Click above to read on......
