Ben is one serious talent. He first showed his true speed winning the Australian 400m title in 2005, still as a junior. He spent a few years in the Wilderness but 2009/2010 marked his return to the top winning the Australian 400m title, he is a hot favorite for a medal at the Commonwealth Games.
