Wubshet, Telford who is/was (?) Bonita's coach concluded something similar after his altitude experiment but also believed long periods of altitude training to be beneficial. Refer: grcc.net.au/doents/Interviews/_Telford.pdf plus I sure his altitude study is available somewhere on the net, AIS perhaps. |

At last a distance runner who is not convinced about the alleged benefit of altitude training. Any benefit is because, as she says "youâre often pushing yourself harder on the session days". The conclusion - you could just stay at sea-level and get the same benefit by just training a bit harder. |
