Wow, incredible, amazing..just arrived home from Germany and only now can I comprehend thinking about everything that has happened in the last 3 weeks....

It is just over one month before I depart for Germany 'World Championships'. I am feeling a little nervous but mostly excited. Training is going really well and I am feeling very confident with where I am at....
Pirrenee has snuck under the radar due to injury, but this 400m gun is not to be taken lightly. She's placed highly in some big meets, and has a lightning fast PB of 53.10.
